Details SO 85 NW BROADHEATH CP PEACHLEY 4/7 Peachley Manor II Shown on OS map as New House. House. Early C19 enlargement of mid-C18 farmhouse. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof, brick chimney to rear left. 3 storeys; stone eaves cornice and parapet; cellar beneath front and to rear right of building. 3 bays; all windows have stone sills and rusticated lintels with projecting keyblocks; outer bays have 16-pane sashes at ground and first floor level with 8-pane sashes above; central bay has a 12-pane first floor and 6-pane second floor sash; central doorcase has a cornice on Doric columns, door with raised and fielded panels and a barred, segmental fanlight. Interior: early C19 staircase; vertically sliding shutters to front windows; tunnel vaulted cellar.
