Details SJ 96 SW 3/11 BOSLEY C.P. LEEK ROAD Hug Bridge II Roadbridge over River Dane, of early C19 character, in red ashlar sandstone. One broad segmental arch, with plain rectangular band backing voussoirs. Originally half its present width, the bridge is now 2 contiguous structures of identical character tied together with rods and circular plates of cast iron. Buttresses to south abutment terminate in plain semi-circular pilasters to parapets. Two massive low buttresses against east side of abutment. Listing NGR: SJ 93062 63583 The asset was previously listed twice also under List entry 1191375. This entry was removed from the List on 30 September 2015.
