Exterior: Early 1920s. Portland stone war memorial following style of Lutyens Cenotaph. Architect W B Edwards. Tomb chest set on tall pylon based on plinth. Slate panels to ends inscribed with names of fallen 1914-18, 1939-45, and Gulf War, 1991; to sides roundels with Flint arms, and Welsh dragon, and inscriptions. Location: Outside main entrance of Council offices (relocated from Trelawney Square).
