Details The asset was previously listed twice also under List entry 1151561. This entry was removed from the List on 30th September 2015. SE 61 NW 7/26 BALNE TOPHAM Topham Ferry Bridge II Bridge. Early C19. Red brick in English garden wall bond, stone copings. Single span, carrying track over River Went. Segmental arch slanting back and set in a concave curve. Single-brick band over links to projecting, square, end piers. Weathered ashlar copings to parapet wall. Unaltered example of the period; in poor condition at time of resurvey.
