Details SP51NW WESTON ON THE GREEN MILL LANE (North side) 9/152 The Old Watermill - II Mill and millhouse. C18, converted C20. Limestone rubble with wooden lintels and some squared quoins; artificial stone-slate roof with rebuilt brick stacks. Single range. 2 storeys plus attic. Millhouse has a wide doorway with 2 low renewed casements each side; at first floor are 3 larger renewed casements. Mill to left has a further entrance with glazed loading doorway above, and has 2 garage doors formed from the tail-race openings, above which is a small casement. Roof has 3 hipped roof dormers plus stacks, above the house, and a lower dormer over the mill. The brick-arched head-race opening survives at the rear. Interior; chamfered beams; butt-purlin roof.
