Remodelled (William) Mackintosh, Architect, Inverness 1879. Simple rectangular 4 bay building of coursed dressed rubble, tooled ashlar dressings. Long east elevation; 2 large round-headed windows flanked by 2 smaller ones. Round-headed doorways to outer bays and narrow door to centre (blocked left and centre). Eaves band; straight skews; ball finials; slate roof. — Ecclesiastical building in use as such. Originally Tain United Secession Chapel. Exceptionally fine tooling to dressings.
