Category C Date Added 08/04/1993 Local Authority Dumfries And Galloway Planning Authority Dumfries And Galloway Parish Kirkpatrick-Juxta NGR NT 07433 03177 Coordinates 307433, 603177 — Early-mid 19th century mill L-plan. Whinstone rubble with red sandstone dressings to doors and windows. Graded slate roof, hipped at W end. Sandstone ridge. Openings altered at time of conversion to house. Now single-pane glazing in timber frames. Water wheel 8-spoke, all iron, with rim drive, restored during conversion. INTERIOR: Main drive shaft and drive wheel remain inside. — Listed as good building relatively unaltered in conversion, with handsome wheel in good condition.
