Category B Date Added 20/07/1971 Local Authority Argyll And Bute Planning Authority Argyll And Bute Parish Southend NGR NR 70116 09252 Coordinates 170116, 609252 — Dated 1839. Traditional. 1-storey and basement. Rubble. Gabled. Slate roof. Inset, with date '1839' and mason's mark over basement door. Overshot wheel. Mill lade. Extension for kiln with roof vent. 1-storey gabled wing to basement. — Formerly an oat-meal mill. Disused as such since 1960. A mill has existed here since 1634 or earlier. Machinery removed now houses grain drying plant. Kiln demolished.
