Details SO 54 NW MARDEN CP Leystone Green 4/61 Laystone Bridge - 20.10.52 II* Road bridge over River Lugg. C17 extended C18. Coursed sandstone rubble. Aligned east/west, approach parapets splayed, that to north-west has revetments and that to north-east is returned almost parallel with river bank. Three cutwaters to north, two to south, with two more subsidiary ones to north-west revetment. Distinct hump-back profile, four spans, flat topped parapets. South elevation: C18 left hand arch is segmental headed with keystone set in recessed rectangular panel, two semi-circular headed C17 arches either side of raised arch with brick voussoirs.
