Details SD 9672-9772 21/92 10.9.54 KETTLEWELL WITH STARBOTTON B6160 Kettlewell Kettlewell Bridge (formerly listed as New Bridge) II Bridge over the River Wharfe. Late C18, widened on downstream (south) side probably late C19, restored C20. Ashlar and rubble stone. North face: ashlar, 2 segmental arches, large pointed cutwater between, with pilaster above and flanking pilasters. Projecting band at road level of 2 stepped courses; projecting flat parapet coping. Flanking walls terminate in square piers. South face of rubble with ashlar voussoirs and parapet.
