Details SO 51 NE GOODRICH CP GOODRICH CROSS 6/59 Goodrich Manor II House. Early C19. Rendered stone, hipped low pitched slate roof. One room deep with central entrance, rear service range at right angle with later extension in angle. Three storeys, rusticated quoins; 3 windows; glazing bar sashes, reduced proportions on second floor; central projecting Tuscan porch in antis with blocked returns, cornice and blocking course, semi-circular arched headed doorway with decorative fanlight, half-glazed C20 door.
