Category B Date Added 05/10/1971 Local Authority Perth And Kinross Planning Authority Perth And Kinross Parish Ardoch NGR NN 82381 08935 Coordinates 282381, 708935 — Fragment only, dated 1683. 2-storey 3-window to E, rubble- built with chamfered margins, crowstepped; drastically renovated in Victorian times, big porch and corbelled turret added, converted to lodge and large rogue Victorian archway added, gothic keystoned arches, fluted rusticated pilasters, bull faced masonry and crenellated parapet; very odd. Gutted internally.
