SK 16 NW PARISH OF HARTINGTON MIDDLE QUARTER CROWDICOTE 5/71 Crowdicote Bridge II Bridge. Early C19. Gritstone ashlar. Single span, shallow arch bridge curving outward at each end to finish in square piers. Segmental voussoired arch with large moulded string-course at carriageway level over turning into plain band round the piers. Over, plain parapets with square section copings continued onto the piers. Bridge crosses Staffordshire border.
