C19 rendered quoins and painted surrounds and centre voussoirs to windows. C19 rendered plinth. Ridge tile roof and projecting end stacks. Plain eaves and C19 gutter. 2 storeys and centre hip tiled dormer. ½ basement windows. Symmetrical elevation with centre C19 panelled and glazed door in moulded frame with panelled reveals. Projecting hood over formed of entablature with modillions and supported on scroll brackets. 4 tripartite sash windows symmetrically placed and small sash window in centre. Roof sweeps low at back.
