Details SD 78 44 DOWNHAM DOWNHAM VILLAGE Bridge approx. 15 metres south-west of 13/25 Fir Tree House (formerly listed as Bridge over Downham Beck, opposite Fir Tree House) 13.2.1967 GV II Bridge, probably early C19th. Squared sandstone. Single narrow segmental arch, with string course and solid parapet with weathered coping. Parapets curved on plan, terminating with round piers with rounded caps.
