Details GARSDALE SD78NE HAWES ROAD 162-1/12/218 (North side) 14/06/84 Ben's Bridge (East Paradise) GV II Packhorse bridge over Clough River. Probably C17, rebuilt after flood in 1895. Large snecked sandstone rubble. Wide segmental arch with rubble voussoirs, stone slate band, narrow humped deck protected by parapets with triangular coping stones. Soffit of arch reported to be cracked at time of survey (October 1994). Listing NGR: SD7517989730 Legacy The contents of this record have been generated from a legacy data system.
