Details Stone cross replete with laurel wreath, resting on a tall, multi-layered pedestal. The front face of the pedestal bears a plaque reading: TO THE / GLORY OF GOD / AND / IN MEMORY OF THE / BELMONT MEN / WHO FELL IN THE / GREAT WAR / 1914 - 1918 / AND / THOSE MEN AND WOMEN / OF BELMONT / WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES / IN THE WORLD WAR / 1939 - 1945. The right and left sides both bear plaques with the names of the Fallen. The back face bears a laurel wreath. The memorial rests on a slightly raised circular platform.
