Details ST 95 SW 5/12 BRATTON CHURCH ROAD (south side) Ballard and Aldridge monuments in the churchyard about 4 metres south of transept of Church of St James GV II Two chest tombs. C17 and C18. Limestone with slate panels. Westerly of two on brick plinth, plain inscription panels with good lettering, moulded flat top, Edith Ballard died 1652, James Ballard died 1704. Tomb to east has plain panels, moulded flat top; partly illegible inscriptions and name Aldridge incised on west end panel.
