Details SP57NE 6/213 YELVERTOFT SWINNERTONS LANE War memorial at junction of Swinnertons Lane and High Street GV II War memorial. Early C20. Limestone ashlar. Octagonal shaft on square plinth with base of 3 octagonal steps. The capital is gabled and foliated, with crocket decoration and figures in mitres. Inscriptions on plinth commemorate the dead of the First and Second World Wars. Listing NGR: SP5972675536 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 16 January 2017.
