Details A war memorial of probable 1920s date. MATERIALS: constructed of stone. DESCRIPTION: comprising a Latin cross with mouldings on a slender tapering octagonal shaft with stop-chamfers on a three-tiered octagonal base. The sides of the base are inscribed with the details of the fallen and with an extract translated from the Dies irae - Requiem Mass: LORD ALL PITYING/ JESU BLEST,/ GRANT THEM THINE/ ETERNAL REST.
