Chamfered string course and coped parapet with 4 square brick piers with square domed caps. 3 semi-circular arches, the central arch larger. Parapets carry iron plaques inscribed 'Built by Subscription .... Built by the County ....' and 'Let Loyalty be the Bond of Union'.
