Details SK 83 SW BALDERTON MAIN STREET (south side) (Town Street on O.S. map) 3/3 Wall, Gate Piers and Memorial to Balderton Methodist Church G.V. II Wall, gate piers and memorial, C.1899, and 1918. Ashlar. To the road front is a wall with a pair of stone coped trapezoid gate piers at either end. The wall is curved in the centre to accommodate an ashlar memorial, surmounted by a cross, to the men of Balderton who died in the 1914-1918 war. Listing NGR: SK8171351573 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register.
