Details TRURO SW8244NE BOSCAWEN STREET 880-1/7/17 The War Memorial GV II War memorial. Early C20. To commemorate those who died in the First World War (1914-1918), and other armed conflicts. Dressed granite, mostly rock-faced; bronze statue. Tall tapered chest over a stepped moulded base; stepped capstone as base for bronze statue of foot soldier in battle dress raising his "tin" helmet in the air. Listing NGR: SW8269944824 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register.
