Small circular tower with 3 blocked openings and remains of former part evident to S. Pink sandstone, stugged ashlar. Base course; corbelled parapet. 2 open-arched vaults built into hillside to W. — Prominent landmark. Built as look-out and study for one of lairds of Gourock House.
