Details This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 4 March 2021 to correct the address and reformat the text to current standards TQ 71 NW 5/119 EGHAM EGHAM BY-PASS Tower Service Station (Formerly listed as Tower Service Station, RUNNEMEDE ROAD) 6.3.86 II Service station. c1928-29 in International Modern Style with 1960s extension in matching style to north east. Rendered with hipped tiled roof. Mostly one storey, the dominant feature being a tall three storey tower, squarish in shape with rounded ends terminating in circles above second storey so that the top is cruciform. Slit windows to each side of tower. Parapet with wide fascia band below. Off central entrance has curved horizontally glazed window. Three plain doors and large glazed windows.
