Dated 1906. By Sydney Perks. Red brick, with Portland stone flush faced ground floor, frieze, cornice, blocking course and banded quoins to front elevation. Stock brick south return and rear. 3 storeys with lower level beneath bridge approach, 3 bays with early C18-style detailing. Recessed door to right hand bay with bolection architrave, swept up at head. Central 1st-floor window has pedimented eared architrave and a Rococo cartouche keystone rising to its sill from the window below. Gauged brick segmental arches to all other windows which are flush-framed sashes with glazing bars and brick aprons below sills. North return has 1 Venetian window at 1st floor. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: a wrought-iron gate to right gives access to steps down to lower level Tower Bridge workshops in yard beside and beneath the bridge approach.
