Details TQ 2494 TOTTERIDGE VILLAGE Totteridge 31/13/10373 War Memorial GV II War memorial. 1922 by Sir Charles Carrick Allom. Portland stone. Octagonal plan. EXTERIOR: octagonal base. Plinth carved with 3 quatrefoils with central rosettes to each facet. Pedestal with moulded base and cornice, carved with names of casualties from 1914-19 and 1939-45. Moulded socket stone carrying tapering shaft with hollow facets separated by keel moulding at corners. Shaft cap with one quatrefoil with central rosette to each facet. Foliated Celtic cross. Listing NGR: TQ2460494271 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register.
