Former mill now converted to dwelling house. 2 storey, L-plan with additional wing to rear. Rubble ashlar dressings. 2 bays and wheel gable form east facing approach elevation with large 8-spoke overshot wheel to right (north) of entrance. 2 forestairs to rear; multi-pane glazing; slate roof.
