Details The following buildings shall be added:- STANNINGTON BLAGDON NZ 2177 13/72 The Iron Bridge, 200 metres north- west of Blagdon Hall GV II Bridge, dated 1881 by J.N. Cresswell, and J.A. Somerset of St. Nicholas Iron Works, both of Newcastle (dated plates on parapet). Cast and wrought iron on concrete piers; abutments squared stone with ashlar dressings. Girder bridge on 2 pairs of tall tapering piers carrying short iron columns with spandrel brackets. Openwork parapet of trefoil-ended panels with looped half rail, with external loop-footed brackets; circular builder's plates at centre of each parapet; Ridley arms, with initials MWR and date, on exterior west parapet. Splayed abutments have balustraded parapet with gabled coping between piers with flat moulded caps.
