Details SK 46 NW PARISH OF SUTTON CUM DUCKMANTON PALTERTON LANE 2/38 (North Side) 31.1.67 Sutton Manor II House. Late C17 and early C18.Coursed sandstone with sandstone dressings. Stone slate roofs with an original stone valley to the garden wing. Two brick ridge stacks and a brick gable end stack. Two storeys, T-plan. South elevation of four bays. Doorway with moulded stone surround and bracketed hood. Two glazing bar sashes to the right and one to the left. Four similar sashes above. West gable with a square section stone mullion window.
