The names of the 34 men who died in the conflict are recorded on the north and south faces of the pillar. The Second World War dedication is to the west face of the pillar and reads SACRED TO THE MEMORY OF/ PARISHIONERS/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE/ SECOND WORLD WAR/ 1939-1945/ (12 NAMES).
