Category B Date Added 11/06/1971 Local Authority Angus Planning Authority Angus Parish Mains And Strathmartine NGR NO 37696 35278 Coordinates 337696, 735278 — Dated 1791. 2-arch road bridge. Rubble sandstone with dressed voussoirs and gablet coping. Segmental arches with raised keystones, inscribed 'DL 1791' at SE; animal mask over SW keystone. — The bridge was built for David Laird of Strathmartine Castle. There was formerly a small stuccoed tollhouse at the south approach.
