Single semi-elliptical skew arch, raised v-jointed voussoirs, battered buttresses with pulvinated rustication. Parapet over arch balustraded, square balusters. — The detailing of the Leithhall and Wardhouse bridges which are more elaborate than the others, may be by William Smith who was Alex Gibb's brother-in-law.
