Details TQ 03NE EWHURST C.P. HORSHAM ROAD, Ellen's Green 6/188 Pollingfold Manor 9/3/60 GV II House. C16 with C17 and C19 extensions. Timber framed; clad below in brown and red brick, exposed frame above with whitewashed render infill. Brick cross wing to left with "club" tile hanging above, plain tiled roofs, hipped with gablets over wing. Oversailing gable to right. Two storeys. Corbelled stack to right of centre and square corbelled stack to left. Two 3-light, diamond-pane wood- framed casements to ends of first floor, single-light window between. Two windows to ground floor. Part-glazed door to right of centre. One diamond- pane casement window in each floor of projecting end of wing to left. Tile hung right hand return front with brick below. Two gables above and pentice porch to ground floor. Left hand return front - now the new entrance front. Door to base of stack.
