Details NEW STREET 1. ---------- 1483 War Memorial at south end of New Street TL 0488 1/138 II GV 2. Post 1914. A simple structure consisting of a stone obelisk and squared plinth with bronze ball and cross finial, mounted on stole steps with chain guard on short stone posts. All the listed buildings in New Street form a group. Listing NGR: TL0408988096 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register.
