Details This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 11 May 2022 to update text and reformat to current standards SK 3874 6/173 Whittington HIGH STREET (North West Side) War Memorial GV II Post 1918. Memorial to the dead of both World Wars. Square stone shaft with wreath rises from vermiculated plinth on stepped base. Surmounted by cap and finial with plain stone cross on each face. Listing NGR: SK3838174943 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 25 January 2017.
