Details SU 67 SW 4/24 SULHAM NUNHIDE LANE (east side) Nunhide Manor G.V. II Farmhouse. C17 and early C18 with early C20 addition to right. Some internal timber framing, otherwise red brick with grey headers, flint and brick plinth, and plat band to left. Dentil brick eaves cornice to hipped old tile roof with altered end stacks and 2 flat topped dormers with glazing bar sashes. Basement, two storeys and attic; three bays, tripartite glazing bar sashes with segmental heads and exposed wooden boxes in left-hand bay, and segmental headed glazing bar sashes with exposed wooden boxes in two right-hand bays. Early C18 lead downpipe with I E on rainwater head. C18 six-panelled door in south front with C20 hipped porch. Sealed four-panelled door in north front with glazed upper panels and flat hood. Block set back to left: red brick with old tile roof and end stack to left. Two storeys. First floor four-light leaded casement, ground floor four-light segmental headed leaded casement to left, and segmental headed boarded door to right. Interior: groin vaulted cellars beneath early C18 block, remains of some timber framing, half of possibly C17 Ionic column with guilloche ornament, remains of dog wheel to rotate spit, early C20 fireplaces, panelling and ceiling rose in first floor room to right, and lead lined internal wooden gutter in attic.
