Category C Date Added 23/05/1990 Local Authority Aberdeenshire Planning Authority Aberdeenshire Parish Gamrie NGR NJ 73781 64165 Coordinates 373781, 864165 — Later 18th century. Tall single span rubble bridge, tooled rubble dressings. Tooled rubble keystoned single arch ring springing from natural rock abutments. Tooled rubble copes to low parapet; splayed approaches. Span: approximately 22'. — Spans gorge of Burn of Melrose close to former Mill of Melrose, now much overgrown, but of note that it was motivated by 2 wheels and the lade cut out of solid rock along the side of the gorge.
