Category B Date Added 20/07/1971 Local Authority Argyll And Bute Planning Authority Argyll And Bute Parish Tiree NGR NM 04080 46809 Coordinates 104080, 746809 — Peter MacNab, 1843-44. Oblong. Coursed rubble. Piended slate roof. Projecting central pavilion; belfry with obelisk-like cap. Windows (some slightly pointed) in 2 ranges. Plain interior: Gallery on 3 sides; slim cast-iron pillars. Large high pulpit. — Built to replace the 1776 church at Scarinish. Listed Building Record updated 2014. This church served the east half of Tiree and what became, in 1875, the separate parish of Kirkapol.
