Oblong. Stugged ashlar; gabled slate roof. Fantastic pagoda-like wooden belfry with low-pitched roof. Heavy fretworked barge-board. Ornamental timber canopy over door. Round-headed windows with moulded margins. Piended extension at rear. Interior: Open roof with heavy segmental trusses. — Built at expense of Sir William MacKinnon of Ballinakill, Bt. one of chief supporters of Free Church. With his knowledge of the Orient he possibly influenced the style of this church.
