Details TA 0339 8/102 and 10/102 1.3.50 BEVERLEY KELDGATE (south side) No 31 (Keldgate Manor) GV II c1700, altered in early C19. 3 storeys, painted stucco. 2 windows to 1st floor only, remainder having been filled in in recent remodelling. Rusticated quoins. Cornice has coupled brackets with paterae, iron gutter; slate roof. Informal yard elevation; garden elevation has projecting three-storey porch with sashes with glazing bars: door with six panels (four fielded), and fanlight with glazing bars. One canted three-storey bay with sashes. Interior contains a good C19 staircase with spiral curtails in a spacious square hall, galleried at 1st floor, mahogany balustrade. Good doors and chimney pieces and cupboard in ground floor room with panelled pilasters and round arch with keystone.
