Details This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 4 December 2023 to amend the name, address and reformat the text to current standards SX 8663 13/76 MARLDON MARLDON CROSS HILL Jasmine Cottage, Wisteria Cottage, The Penthouse and Kiln Cottage (Formerly listed as Moor Tor Manor and Jasmine Cottage) GV II House subdivided into cottages. Circa C17. Long stone rubble range, partly rendered. Slate roof with gable ends. One storey and attic. Long, about eleven window range. C19 and C20 casements with glazing bars. Flat-headed dormers through eaves. Various C20 doors and porches. Reused moulded ceiling beam used as lintel to left hand doorway. Large stone rubble chimney stack at rear, one at north east gable end and another at centre. Built on rock foundations which are exposed at rear.
