Details This List entry has been amended to add sources for further reading (06/12/2016) SU 83 NW HEADLEY HIGH STREET 8/36 War Memorial GV II War memorial. c1920. White stone monument, in the form of a semi-circular recess, flanked by piers, enclosing receding steps. Above the top moulding there is a raised centre, surmounted by a cross. 3 bronze plaques record those who lost their lives, between 1914 and 1919.
