Details TQ 33NE LINGFIELD C.P. LINGFIELD ROAD Frith Manor 12/181 11/6/58 II House. Early C17 restored in 1930 and renovated in 1970's. Timber framed with stone plinth to right, red brick with blue brick headers below, tile hung above. Plain tiled roof, hipped to left with tall triple ridge stack to centre and end stack to left. 2 storeys over basement to left with attic under 3 hipped roof, diamond pane leaded casement dormers; two 3-light to right, one 2-light to left- of centre. Brick dentil band over ground floor. Regular fenestration with three 4-light diamond pane-leaded casement windows across first floor, square leading on ground floor. Panelled door to centre. Left hand return front: square panel framing exposed with brick infill. C20 brick pent roof extension across rear with gabled porch to rear left. Single storey garage wing with throughway at right angles to rear left. Interior:- Framing visible in partition walls and ceiling frames.
