Category B Date Added 08/09/1982 Local Authority Highland Planning Authority Highland Parish Duirinish NGR NG 26717 46454 Coordinates 126717, 846454 — 1843-45; simple rectangular church; whitewashed coursed rubble, orientated roughly east/west. Entrance centre west gable with round headed windows above (with later 19th century glazing) 3 long round headed windows in both flanks with contemporary Y-tracery glazing. Finial to west gable apex; slate roof. Simple galleried interior of 1843 or little later. — Ecclesiastical building in use as such. Duirinish Free Church congregation came out soon after 1843 disruption and initially worshipped in open air at Lonmore (the big bog). Information by courtesy, Minister Lonmore Free Church, 1980.
