Details TQ 3182 NW ROSEBERY AVENUE 635-1/68/10116 War Memorial 26-SEP-00 II War memorial. 1921, designed by Thomas Rudge. It comprises a bronze Angel of Victory holding a wreath in outstretched hand, standing on the upper part of a globe. This is mounted on a square tapering granite plinth with moulded cornice and base with four bronze plaques depicting the Finsbury Rifles attacking Gaza. Two steps. This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 16 February 2017.
