Details 1. 5235 FERNHILL LANE NEW MILTON -------------- Fernhill Manor SZ 29 NW 12/145 22.12.55. II 2. Exterior late C17 but V.C.H says that part of the house dates from the C16. Red brick with wide modillion eaves cornice and hipped tiled roof. Stringcourse above ground floor. 2 storeys, 5 windows, casements, Porch of solid type, which has been added, with tent shaped roof above and wrought iron panels flanking the front door.
