Details FALSTONE FALSTONE NY 78 NW 30/2 Falstone Bridge II Bridge, 1843 by Henry Welch. Rock-faced stone. 3 broad segmental arches with bold voussoirs, and rounded cutwaters. Plain parapet, with arched coping, splays out at each end. Cast-iron plate set into western parapet inscribed HENRY WELCH, ENGINEER - JOHN RIDLEY, INSPECTOR, 1843.
