Details EAST BERGHOLT TM0734 THE STREET 1340/6/10002 War Memorial 12-DEC-00 GV II War memorial. 1921. By FC Eden. Clipsham ashlar. The memorial is in the form of a wayside cross with a small gabled crucifix supported on an octagonal shaft with carved foliage band at the top. The shaft rises from a stepped base and pedestal on which there are inscriptions to those who died in both World Wars. Forms a group with the Church of St. Mary the Virgin (qv). Listing NGR: TM0701834427 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 13 January 2017.
