Details BROADHEMBURY ST 00 SE 4/185 Danes Mill Bridge - II Road bridge, over the River Tale. C18 or early C19. Local stone rubble with squared blocks used for voussoirs, C20 concrete coping. 2 span bridge with small elliptical arches springing from low vertical abutments. The central pier has low pointed cutwaters. The sides of the bridge rise to the parapet without a string course. The parapet has rounded coping and ramps down at each end. On the upstream side the parapet turns outward. Also listed in Payhembury. Listing NGR: ST0759003312 Legacy The contents of this record have been generated from a legacy data system.
